2. Scope of services

Advanced driver training sessions may include theoretical instruction, assessment, and practical training. Schedules, duration, and content are confirmed during booking/consultation.

3. Booking and distance agreement

If you submit a request/booking and acceptance is completed remotely, you must be informed with the information required before or at the conclusion of a distance consumer agreement. By submitting your request, you confirm that you want us to contact you to arrange a course/assessment and that you agree to the process described on this site.

4. User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact details and information needed for scheduling.
  • Arrive on time and follow instructor instructions during training.

5. Safety and conduct

We may refuse to continue a session if your behavior endangers safety, violates safety rules, or significantly disrupts training. Any decisions will be guided by safety considerations.

6. Fees and refunds

Pricing, payment steps, and refund/withdrawal conditions (if applicable) are set out at the time of booking/confirmation. If your situation involves consumer rights for distance contracts, you may have the right to withdraw and other remedies under applicable Ukrainian consumer law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cloudforgeh.com is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses arising from your failure to follow instructions, non-compliance with safety rules, or providing inaccurate information.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under mandatory Ukrainian law.

8. Advertising disclosure
